Coaching Does NOT Include:

• Be at least 18 years old

3. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Booking

Coaching sessions must be booked through our online system, contact form, or directly with us.

Payments

Payment must be made in full before coaching sessions or programs begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may offer payment plans, which must be honored according to the agreed schedule.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged in full.

• No refunds are provided for missed sessions, no-shows, or unused package sessions.

Refunds

Due to the nature of coaching, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by UAE law.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Participate honestly and openly in the coaching process

• Complete exercises, worksheets, or tasks assigned

• Take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and outcomes

• Seek professional support (medical, legal, psychological) when needed

You understand that results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
